I think I don’t need an introduction for this one. These 2 words will do just fine.
(Especially when it’s a gluten- and dairy free version.)
Let’s get to the recipe right away.
– 1 cup almond flour*
– 1 cup cocoa powder
-1 1/2 cup palm sugar
– 4 tbsp cornstarch
-2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup melted coconut oil
-1 tsp baking soda
-2 tsp instant coffee (‘secret’ ingredient right here!)
– dash of salt
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
2.Combine the dry ingredients together
3. Combine the wet ingredients together
4. Slowely, while mixing the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients to form a batter.
5. Pour the (amazing rich) batter into a square baking tin
6. Bake for around 30 min
*You can buy almond flour in your local health market, online or you can do it yourself. Very simple: pulse some (blanched) almonds in a food-processor for 20-25 seconds et voilà.
